Below you’ll find operator assignments for upcoming MCTV meetings, and training. We do our best to keep this current, but please know this page may not be updated to reflect last-minute changes.

For city meetings, expect the operator to arrive one (1) hour before the scheduled start time of the meeting. Our added “call time” allows us to check in with City Staff, and do our own preparation for the meeting: confirm that equipment is operating as expected and troubleshooting, as necessary. Should you need us to arrive earlier, please email your concerns to us at schedule@mctv.tv at least three days in advance of the meeting.
