Below you’ll find operator assignments for upcoming MCTV meetings, and training. We do our best to keep this current, but please know this page may not be updated to reflect last-minute changes. This page is intended as a general reference. It’s focus is on addressing shifts by label, not by start time.

For city or similar public meetings, expect the operator to arrive one (1) hour before the agendized start time of the meeting. Our added “call time” allows us to check in with City Staff, and do our own preparation for the meeting: confirm that equipment is operating as expected do troubleshooting, and keep city staff informed as necessary. Should you need us to arrive earlier, please email your concerns to us at schedule@mctv.tv at least three days in advance of the meeting.

Please note that, because of limitations of the scheduling software, open shifts (those with no operator assigned) will not display in the calendar.
