AT&T U-verse (Channel 99)

MCTV has received several complaints that Channel 99 is not available to AT&T U-verse subscribers. We recently contact their support group, and received the following instructions:

If you are not able to receive the Millbrae Channel through your AT&T UVerse subscription, please help by reporting the issue:

  1. Contact AT&T at 1-800-288-2020
  2. Use the automated system, or ask to reach Broadband Technical Support
  3. Once you are speaking with an agent, reference them to Article 11446 in their support resources.

If following these steps with the AT&T agent does not resolve the problem for you, please kindly encourage AT&T to have their Engineering Department send MCTV a direct-contact phone number by email to engineering@mctv.tv so we can dialog about this issue more appropriately.
