Do you have a local or regional community event or service you would like to promote? MCTV can facilitate the promotion of your event to viewers of our client channels.
Submission process
Send an e-mail to programming@mctv.tv
Please include appropriate contact information (your name, and the name of the organization you’re representing) and the specific event details. At minimum, the event details provided should include the name, date, time and location of your event.
Graphics/video requirements
If you already have graphics produced with event information available, you can attach them to the email, provided they meet our existing guidelines:
- Minimum still image dimensions are 1280x720px. Image format should be either PNG or JPG. A PDF, or PowerPoint slide deck can be used, but will require additional pre-production time to convert them to a broadcast format, and design changes may be necessary.
- Video format: mp4, 30 frames/second (fps), with minimum dimensions of 1280x720px, and maximum of 1920×1080 (HD).
Submissions may exceed email attachment limitations. In such cases, alternate delivery arrangements may be possible. All submitted materials are subject to review and are posted at the discretion of MCTV, and the channel’s owner.
Initial submissions must be received for review a minimum of five (5) business days before the start of your event.
Broadcast/publication authorization
As the content owner, you are responsible for ensuring your audio and video content complies with applicable U.S. and international copyright requirements, and MCTVs programming policies. By submitting your content to MCTV or any of our agents/representatives (us) for broadcast/publication, you are granting us non-exclusive use of the submitted material.
