Meeting Procedures/Run of Show
These procedures are instructions and checklists for the setup, running, and shutdown of regular events, such as city meetings. They should be regularly reviewed as they are updated to incorporate client- or MCTV-initiated long-term changes. Short-term adjustments are documented in the tech logs.
Tech Logs
When adding content to a tech log, please make sure you are logged in using your personal MCTV account, not a generic one. It allow us to more efficiently follow-up if there are questions. For urgent issues, also send an email with a brief description and a link to the log to engineering@mctv.tv.
Remote Setups
These documents contain equipment lists and setup instructions for our regular remote events. Many may reference a specific venue, but can be adapted for others. In cases where either our client has provided, or we have designed a setup map, it will be linked separately.
